A Midsummer Tempest (read 5/07) AVOID

Three Hearts and Three Lions (read 5/07) AVOID

I panned both of these books at the time I read them. The first “pretentious and confused,” the second “trite.”

Like nauseating romance novels. Both of these books star a hero with a cleft chin, if that gives you any hint. I was both surprised and disappointed because Anderson has a good reputation. But then again I am discovering many new authors with undeserved good reputations.
